Rental Agreement

1. The renter agrees to accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in their possession. 
2. The renter agrees to pay the full retail value of any equipment rented under this form that is not returned, and pay extra rental fees for any equipment returned late.
3. The renter agrees to return all rental equipment by the agreed date and time in a clean condition to avoid any additional charges
